As a qualified learning disability nurse I worked in mental health community and in-patient services for over 10 years with young people and adults.  During that time I worked extensively with young people and their families with a range of learning difficulties and mental illnesses. 

My skills and knowledge in this area makes me an expert in understanding the complexities of decluttering and home organisation for people living with mental health and learning difficulties.

I also have personal experience of ADHD as two of my boys have ADHD and I manage my home to make sure that our lives are as stress free as possible.

 I’m passionate about helping people with neurodiversity overcome the challenges of disorganisation and work with them to create sustainable solutions for their homes.

I’m also a registered professional working with ADHD UK as one of their Market Place home Organisers.
